Privacy policy
Proov'd is a trade name of UnHookd BV. This policy explains which personal data we process through this website, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who is responsible?
UnHookd BV (trading as Proov'd), Broekstraat 18, 9070 Heusden, Belgium, company number BE 1005.373.920.

2. Which data do we process?
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number (optional), the topics you tick and your message.
- Booking through Calendly: name, email address and the answers you give when booking.
- Email: the data in messages you send us.
- Customer interviews: for clients we process interview recordings and transcripts. Separate arrangements for this are set out in the agreement.
3. Why, and on what basis?
- Answering your question and scheduling a call: our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
- Delivering and invoicing our services: the agreement and legal obligations (accounting).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we never sell it.
4. Who processes data on our behalf?
- Netlify (hosting and forms), data may be processed in the US under the EU standard contractual clauses.
- Calendly (scheduling), likewise.
- Google Workspace (email and calendar).
- Google Analytics (website analytics, only after consent).
- Leadinfo (the Netherlands): recognises which companies visit our website based on the IP address, based on our legitimate interest in following up with relevant companies.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Messages and contact details of people who do not become clients are kept for up to 2 years after the last contact. Client and invoicing data are kept as long as the law requires (7 years for accounting).
6. Cookies and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager) to measure how visitors use the site. Without consent, we do not load these tools. Details and your settings are in our cookie statement.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy in a common format. Email hello@proovd.be and we will reply within one month.
